What information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any notes you add. If you check a text message consent box, we also record that consent (which box you checked, and the date and time of your submission). You can browse the site without giving us any personal information. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your property, make you an offer, schedule appointments and follow up by phone, email or, if you agreed, text message about your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and website (for example, our web host, form processor and text messaging provider) and with parties involved in a transaction you ask us to pursue, such as a title company or attorney, or when required by law.

Mobile and SMS (text messaging)

If you check a consent box on our form, LND Home Buyers may send text messages to the mobile number you provided. There are two separate, optional consents:

Inquiry updates: texts about your property inquiry, such as offer updates, scheduling and appointment follow-ups.
Marketing: occasional texts about home-buying offers, sent only if you check the separate marketing box.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of getting an offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Property and financial information

To help with your situation, we may ask about your property or, in some cases, financial details needed to evaluate it. This information is for our use only and will not be shared with outside parties unless needed to help solve your real estate situation.

This site does not use advertising or remarketing cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we’ll update this policy.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you submit, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
